Circa 1350 to 1450 A.D. antique Casas Grandes pottery bowl. Hand-coiled, hand-painted and pit fired. Measures about 6.5" x 6" with a 2.5" opening at the top. In excellent used condition, no chips or restoration. Bottom shows demarcation line in the coiling process when new clay coil is added on top of the older, drier clay. This is not damage but a product of the making of the piece. Signs of wear commensurate with age.
