    We only have access to or collect information that you voluntarily give us via this website, or email, or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g. to ship an order. Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email in the future to tell you about specials, new products or services, or changes to this privacy policy. You may opt out of any future contacts from us at any time.

    Your Access to and Control Over Information

    You can contact us through the email address or telephone number at our website with regard to:

    • Data that we have about you, if any.
    • Changing or correcting any data we have about you,
    • Deleting any data we have about you,
    • Expressing any concern you have about our use of your data


    We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information to us via the website, your information is protected both online and offline. Your credit card data will be collected by Shopify, not by us. Always verify that you are using a secure site by looking for a closed lock icon at the bottom of your web browser, or looking for “https” at the beginning of the address of the web page when you are entering credit card data.

    Only employees who need information to perform a specific job, e.g. customer service, are granted access to personally identifiable information. The computers/servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.


    Our Privacy Policy may change from time to time and all updates will be posted on this page. If you feel that we are not abiding by this privacy policy, please contact us immediately via the telephone number or email at our website.

  2. Returns/Shipping Policy. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Returns and/or refunds shall be at the sole discretion of Jack’s Antique, LLC and shall be subject to the following terms:

    • Items must be returned to Jack’s Antique, LLC within 15 days of purchase in original and/or good saleable condition, with a receipt.
    • Returns for refund shall incur a 20% restocking fee, or items may be returned in exchange for store credit. Store credits shall be applied to list prices only. Store credit must be used within 90 days of issuance.
    • Refunds can only be returned to the original form of payment per Shopify process. 
    • Orders will be processed within 3-4 business days after payment is received.  Items will be shipped after the order is processed. Delays in shipping is not under the control of and responsibility of Jack's Antique LLC, once the parcel is turned over to the carrier.  Please note that oversized items may incur additional fees levied by the carrier.  Customer will be contacted when carrier fees add to the estimated shipping cost.  A shipment is covered with an automatic basic insurance up to US$100.00 only for damages or loss occurring during handling and/or transportation by carrier. Additional coverage may be purchased by buyer.  Claims will be filed by the customer with supporting evidence such as photographs, preservation of all packaging and custody of item, and as required by the insurance company and/or carrier.  The outcome is decided by the insurance company or carrier not by Jack's Antique LLC.
