Antique early Victorian coal hod with hand-chased design depicting two lions holding a crown and a Dutch town scene on one side. The cover/lid is made of brass topped with a decorative finial and the body is made of copper supported with three turned foot. In very good condition with signs of wear commensurate with age. Measures about 15" x 11" diameter.
