First Mesa Hopi pottery canteen with a parrot design. Hand-coiled, hand-painted and pit fired. Signed Sak'Honsee which is the known hallmark of Jean Sahmie (Sahme at times). Measures about 8" x 6" x 5" with a 1" opening at the top. In excellent used condition, no chips or cracks or restoration. Signs of wear commensurate with age. Includes certificate of appraisal ($1,200.00).
