Circa 1970s Santa Clara pueblo blackware pottery. Signed by Cresencia (Tafoya) on bottom. Decorated with traditional Avanyu (water serpent) design. Measures about 6.75" x 4.5" diameter x 1.75" opening. Hand coiled, hand polished, hand painted and pit fired. In excellent used condition, no chips or cracks or restoration. Includes certificate of appraisal ($700.00).
